How is the spray drying process used in the production of beef protein isolate?

This process takes place under a precisely defined stable temperature and humidity, which is maintained by a high-performance and special dehumidifier. After passing through the nozzles that create the spray effect in the fluid and spray dryer using strong centrifugal force, the protein broth is then stripped of water. This produces a completely dry, non-sticky powder, which is called spray-dried broth. This is then hydrolysed (split into peptides) to produce the highly digestible and usable HydroBEEF®.

What are the nutritional values of the spray-dried beef isolate in the BEEF Extrifit range?

This all-natural hydrolysed protein isolate retains all the valuable ingredients. The quality of beef protein, vitamins and minerals. The final raw material in the supplement contains 97% protein, only 1.9% fat and 0% sugars. Dosage:
