Critical Mass is a comprehensive all-in-one blend of proteins, carbohydrates, amino acids, creatine and other functional ingredients for athletes who are looking for the best training results. The base is a complex carbohydrate derived from oats and maltodextrin that will give you quick and gradual release energy. Recommended use

Mix 2.5 scoops (150 g) in 500 ml of water or skimmed milk and mix well. Consume 1-3 servings per day depending on your calorie requirements.
