HOW DOES IT WORK?

Beta alanine helps the body produce carnosine, which acts as a natural lactic acid buffer in the body inside the muscle. As the amount of carnosine in the muscle increases, the muscle’s ability to keep its PH (acidity) level reasonable also increases. When you do a hard workout, it plays an even more important role in building muscle endurance and strength.

The question may be, why not consume carnosine instead of beta alanine? Because in studies, oral carnosine has not shown any effect on exercise or muscle. Therefore, for best results, we recommend beta alanine.

USAGE: For the first 4 days take up to 2 tablespoons per day (total 1800mg). Next 3-4 measuring spoons per day (total 2700mg – 3600mg). Take a 2-3 week break from consumption every 2-3 months. Do not exceed the recommended amounts.
