CP SPORTS Abdominal trainer (G30) Kõhu treenija

EFFECTIVE TRAINING:
The C.P. SPORTS AB Roller is the ultimate training device for strengthening the abdominal and back muscles! Crunches (abdominal crunches) are performed with simple rhythmic rocking movements. The curved, ergonomically optimized shape of the tubes ensures a smoother and therefore more effective workout, malpositions and cramps in the back and neck are also noticeably reduced.

SOLID PROFESSIONAL QUALITY:
The extremely stable construction made of 2.5-4cm wide, high-quality steel tube ensures robustness and durability, even with daily training. The generously wide head section serves as a support for the head and neck and ensures a soft and comfortable hold during the exercise. The 40 cm long and 38.5 cm wide mat made of soft foam prevents slipping during training, even on almost any surface in the home gym.

IDEAL FOR SPORTS AT HOME:
Regular training, without bulky equipment and complicated exercises. The C.P. SPORTS AB Roller is the perfect, handy alternative to large gym equipment, but also to sit-ups and other exercises to strengthen the abdominal muscles. A simple mechanism allows it to be folded up for space-saving storage … until the next workout for the perfect six-pack and healthy muscles!
