OstroVit All Green Superfoods is a comprehensive dietary supplement that provides the body with many valuable compounds and active substances. The product can be found, among others, plant extracts, such as ashwagandha root extract or ginkgo biloba, as well as extracts from mushrooms, including cordyceps or lion’s mane.
The preparation is also a source of MCT oil, i.e. medium-chain fatty acids which, although they are saturated fatty acids, are distinguished by a different absorption route and get into the blood system at a rate similar to glucose, making them a popular choice for physically active people.
The dietary supplement also contains dietary fiber from various sources, including oat fiber, apple fiber and cocoa fiber, a compound that is not digested or absorbed in the human digestive tract and is a mixture of polysaccharide and non-polysaccharide substances.
The preparation also contains probiotic and valuable enzymes, as well as being a source of vitamins and minerals – the product provides the body with compounds such as vitamins ADEK, vitamin C or B vitamins and minerals such as zinc, copper, magnesium or iron. Properties of the ingredients contained in OstroVit All Green Superfoods:
The vitamin D present in the product helps maintain healthy teeth, bones and muscles, as well as the proper work of the immune system. Moreover, the compound participates in the process of cell division and helps maintain normal blood calcium levels and in the proper absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus.
The vitamin C used in the product increases the absorption of iron and helps regenerate the reduced form of vitamin E, as well as contributes to reducing feelings of fatigue and tiredness. In addition, the compound helps in the proper functioning of the nervous and immune systems, as well as in maintaining proper psychological functions. The substance also helps in the proper production of collagen to ensure optimal functioning of teeth, gums, bones, cartilage and skin.
