Glucosamine – what is it and what is its role?
Glucosamine – is an organic chemical compound from the group of amino-monosaccharides, which occurs naturally in many tissues of our body. The glucosamine sulfate form is considered the most bioavailable of all available forms used in dietary supplements. Glucosamine is used by the body to produce important chemicals that are involved in the formation and strengthening of tendons, ligaments or cartilage. Ingredients
Glucosamine sulfate 2 KCL (contains shellfish), capsule shell (gelatin, purified water), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Suggested Usage:
Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving for consumption. Dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.
