Glutamine is one of the most widely used ingredients for post-workout recovery. The problem with most glutamine products available is that they only contain regular L-glutamine and nothing else. Regular L-glutamine is fine for recovery, but can be improved. It was recently discovered that taking L-alanine with L-glutamine was superior to L-glutamine alone in animal models.

So when it came time to create our own glutamine product, we decided that decent recovery wasn’t enough and we needed the best. That’s why we added L-Alanine to provide a better overall glutamine supplement.
